Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental Health First Aid England’s training delivered by our in-house staff in order to train individuals to become Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®) in your workplace. Trained MHFAiders® will also be offered quarterly check-in meetings with our team to ensure that they are continuously supported in the role.
Mental Health Aware Training
An introductory course raising the awareness of mental health with your employees and learning how to challenge stigma.

Training for current MHFAiders® to refresh their skills. Recommended every 3 years.
Health MOTs
Individual appointments for your staff at your workplace to help them better understand their health and wellbeing. Including both physical and mental health checks
Healthy Workplace Champions Training
Training members of your workforce to become Healthy Workplace Champions. This will enable them to support your wellbeing leaders to create a working environment where employee health and wellbeing is prioritised. Includes RSPH health champion e-learning.
Healthy Conversation Skills for Managers Training
Training managers and team leaders on how to have conversations that support their team members to make healthy lifestyle choices and changes.
Wellbeing Strategy & Policy Creation
Supporting organisations to develop a wellbeing strategy, and a number of health and wellbeing policy options including mental wellbeing and alcohol and drug misuse policies.

Organisations with 200 employees lost on average 1,100 days to sickness leave in 2021 across the East Midlands.
