The Healthy Workplaces programme has launched in Rutland!
Businesses and organisations who sign up can benefit from the Workplace Health Needs Assessment, Health MOTs for staff, training for managers and other support that is available. The programme ensures a fully bespoke and tailored programme for each workforce.
Rutland County Council's Portfolio Holder for Adult Care and Health, Cllr Diane Ellison, said:
"We are extremely pleased to be able to launch this new initiative in Rutland. Looking after the physical and mental health of employees should be a priority for all employers and the Rutland Healthy Workplace programme enables each local organisation to easily invest in their workforce's health and wellbeing, according to their size, budget and organisational needs.'
"I would encourage businesses, small and large, across the county to please get involved and sign up as soon as possible. We look forward to working with many organisations to put together a programme that works specifically for their individual organisational needs whilst supporting the most positive impact for their staff.'
