The Healthy Workplaces team can support your workplace in developing a wellbeing strategy and a number of health and wellbeing policy options.

Organisations should implement strategies and policies that fit their work environment. We can support you to produce a range of health and wellbeing policies that you can adapt and tailor to your workplace.

How will it work?

We have designed a number of evidence-based templates that will support you to develop policies to support the health and wellbeing of your employees.

Once you have purchased our support, you will receive a template to complete that includes guided questions to ensure you get the most out of your policy or strategy. Our Healthy Workplaces team will meet with you to ensure that all the information required to write the strategy and/or policy has been provided. After the meeting, we will write up the strategy/policy using the information you have given us and send it to you for final approval..

For strategy creation, we will also organise a 3-month and 6-month check-in to ensure roll-out is effective.

Why do some services cost more if I am a larger organisation?

Healthy Workplaces aims to support the health and wellbeing of the working age population across Leicestershire & Rutland, acknowledging the differing sizes, structures and needs of the varying workplaces and their employees. Research suggests that SMEs (small-medium enterprises) engage less in the health and wellbeing of employees due to limited financial resources to invest in workplace health programmes.
